Florian's path is the best proof that talent is not a question of origin. Growing up as a working child with his single mother, he learned early to think entrepreneurially and take on responsibility. He founded his first company as a teenager and thus financed his business psychology studies.
The thematic basis for Aivy was laid by his thesis. Florian has experienced for himself how standard processes can overlook true strengths. This drive to create a system that doesn't put people in boxes but makes potential visible is still at the core of his vision today.

Product & technology
David is the technical mind who translates the Aivy vision into a functional and intuitive platform. After various training courses and studying media informatics, he developed digital solutions for premium brands such as Porsche and Hugo Boss.
He was immediately convinced of the idea of making recruiting fairer. He too knew the feeling that potential was not always recognized at first glance. At Aivy, he uses his passion for sophisticated technology to create a product that makes a real difference: a platform that makes the complex easily accessible and puts technology at the service of fairness.

Jasmine is the driving force behind Aivy's scientific validity. She discovered her fascination for the logic of mathematics and the complexity of the human psyche early on. Her studies in both disciplines gave her the tools to make human behavior and potential measurable.
At Aivy, she combines her passion for data, psychology and equal opportunities. It ensures that our assessments and algorithms are not only innovative, but above all psychometrically sound and fair. With her high quality standards, she ensures that our processes deliver what they promise: objective and valid insights into the strengths of applicants and employees.
